| Description: The Town of Schroeppel Code Enforcement Officer is certified through NYS Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code. The responsibilities of the Code Enforcement Officer include enforcement of the Town of Schroeppel & New York State Zoning and Codes, enforcement of fire and property maintenance, approve and inspect all building plans, approve and issue building permits, oversees applications for Planning and Zoning Boards. |
