Zoning Board of Appeals

When a building permit is denied by the Codes Department, the general purpose of the Zoning Board of Appeals is to hear and decide on a USE or AREA VARIANCE.  Meetings are held the second Wednesday of the month for applicable cases to discuss and/or vote on.  Meetings are held at the Schroeppel Town Hall beginning at 7:00 p.m.   The ZBA application is provided below.
