Local Waterfront Revitalization Program

A Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) is the State’s primary program for working in partnership with waterfront communities across New York State.  It is a locally prepared, comprehensive land and water use plan for a community's designated inland waterway.  It often includes a Harbor Management Plan (HMP) to help manage water-dependent activities.  It is authorized by the New York State Coastal Management Program and reflects a shared community vision shaped by public input.  Read the flyers below for more info.
