• Prepare for bond resolution/public hearing process to enable WIIA application by September 12, 2025.

  • DWSRT BIL-GS grant up to $5 million;
  • DWSRT BIL-GS interest-free loan up to $14 million.

C2AE December 10, 2024 Review Meeting:

• We amended the Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) and have it submitted to the Department of Health. 
• Lead Agency and SEQR letters have been sent out.  We await responses from the various interested agencies and will update the Environment Report and complete Parts 2 and 3 of the Full Environmental Assessment Form  (FEAF) in an effort to complete the SEQR process once responses are received. 
• Congratulations!  The Town was notified that as part of the 2024 Bipartisan Infracture Law General Supplemental funding through the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) that this project is eligible for a grant award up to $5 million and interest-free financing of $14 million!  We intend to also apply for USDA Rural Development funding through their RD Apply process, which will be ongoing while the required documentation is collected.

  2. Development of Potential Project Area. 
  3. SEQR Process (203 months working to complete by January Board Meeting).
  4. Preliminary Engineering Report and Environmemental Report (Amendment Nov. 8th).
