- Funding:
- DWSRT BIL-GS grant up to $5 million;
- DWSRT BIL-GS interest-free loan up to $14 million.
- We amended the Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) and have it submitted to the Department of Health.
- Lead Agency and SEQR letters have been sent out. We await responses from the various interested agencies and will update the Environment Report and complete Parts 2 and 3 of the Full Environmental Assessment Form (FEAF) in an effort to complete the SEQR process once responses are received.
- Congratulations! The Town was notified that as part of the 2024 Bipartisan Infracture Law General Supplemental funding through the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) that this project is eligible for a grant award up to $5 million and interest-free financing of $14 million! We intend to also apply for USDA Rural Development funding through their RD Apply process, which will be ongoing while the required documentation is collected.
